Becoming a Trained PRISM Practioner
The basic course to become a Certified PRISM Practitioner is a two-day program and includes an assessment of the candidate's understanding and application of the instrument prior to becoming an accredited user.
Following a successful accreditation the Practioner can administer Prism profiles to individual and work with Sanda Excellence to introduce Prism to Corporates in India.

The course content covers how the model uses the latest neuroscientific research and how it links graphically to brain activity. It shows how behavioural preferences may be being suppressed by other less dominant behaviours and how some demands of the workplace can produce stress where others might provide challenge and opportunity for personal growth.
All applications of the PRISM model are demonstrated and practised during the training, enabling the practitioner to appreciate the wide range of uses of PRISM, which has been described as the “Swiss Army Knife” for the inspirational manager. One tool – many applications.
