No it is not.
Does Sanda Wellbeing work with the NHS?
No, we do not work with the NHS in any capacity. We provide nutritional supplements which may be beneficial in certain circumstances.
Is it safe to buy from you?
Absolutely! We have thousands of satisfied customers who regularly call us to express their thanks. We are fully compliant with all distance selling regulations which entitles the buyer the ability to return any product up to 7 days from receiving them and receive a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer customers to pay via credit card for their own protection. We will also happily accept debit cards and cheque payment if you prefer. Please be advised though that payment by cheque is a manual process for us too, and as such, it is a more expensive payment method. We do offer lower prices for credit card customers.
Where is your call centre?
Our call centre is based in Mumbai, India. Unlike other companies we do not hide this fact. It is purely down to cost of sale reasons, enabling us to offer lower priced goods. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service & continually strive to improve it.

Do you have any doctors I can talk to?
We do employ medical doctors in India as product specialists but their qualifications are not applicable in the U.K. We therefore do NOT offer medical advice in the U.K. and our staff are not allowed to present themselves as doctors.

It is essential that you include a copy of your original invoice(s) so that any due refund can be processed. If we do not know who the goods are from, we cannot trace it back!
How did you get my number?
We regularly buy databases of prospects from data vendors for our telemarketing campaigns. The data records that we receive from the data vendors are purely restricted to the following details:-
a) Name.
b) Address including Postcode.
c) Telephone number.
Other than the above information we don't acquire any other personal information about the customer. When we buy data we give strict guidelines to the data vendor to only supply us with people who have agreed to / welcome telephone calls for marketing purposes. We respect the privacy of prospects and go further than most to prevent them being called without their permission or their approval.
The data of records acquired for telemarketing purposes are strictly vetted according to the following process at our end before any calls are made to the data.
a) All records are screened against TPS and EX- directory to ensure data compliance
b) Any complaint against unsolicited calls is taken with the upmost seriousness and all details are immediately suppressed and deleted from our system.
c) All the data that we acquire or buy is a one-time use data and is only kept if the prospect has told us to call them or arrange a follow up or raised no objection in us calling them and seems interested in our products.
It can take up to 28 days from registering with TPS and the cessation of sales related calls. If it has been longer than this we would suggest you check with TPS that your details have been registered correctly.
What happens to my data after you have used it?
Sanda Wellbeing Ltd never, under any circumstance, sell or otherwise pass-on the data bought. It is used internally only in day to day business activities and never leaves our password protected servers in any format.
Once called we only keep the data if the customer called has told us to arrange a follow up call or raised no objection in us calling them and seems interested in our products.
Only senior members of staff are able to upload the data to the servers and if the data has been received on CD then the CD is immediately destroyed once the data is uploaded.
Can I find out what data Sanda Wellbeing Ltd holds about me?
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives individuals the right to find out whether, and, if so, what data Sanda Wellbeing Ltd holds about them. To obtain this information we charge the recommended £10 fee for processing the request. Please write to us at the registered address above for the attention of the Data Manager requesting the information with a cheque made payable to “Sanda Wellbeing Ltd” and we will process the request as a matter of urgency.
